Pakistan Association of Free Flying
(PAFF) is a voluntary, non-profit organization with objectives to
promote Paragliding, Hang Gliding and Parasailing in Pakistan in
accordance with popular safety and sporting standards; attract youth
towards healthy activities and encourage adventure tourism in Pakistan.
Affiliated with FAI/CIVL, PAFF is a National Governing Body of
the three aviation sports i.e. Paragliding, Hang Gliding and Parasailing
and registered by Civil Aviation Authority as Micro light
Organization. It is incorporated with Securities Exchange Commission
of Pakistan and recognized by other concerned Federal Departments.
PAFF oversees pilot and instructor training standards, provides
technical support such as airworthiness standards, runs coaching courses
for pilots. It provides automatic third party insurance cover for its
members.
We at PAFF hope that when you have begun training, you will discover for
yourself the excitement and challenge that makes free flying such a
great pastime. If you continue, you will also find that the level of
support and comradeship amongst pilots is one of the many great
strengths of the sport. You will make friends, go places and achieve
things that you may have only dreamed about, in the past.
